Our Story

“A rainy Tuesday. A crowded café. Two strangers who both reached for the last copy of the same book.”
What started as an accidental meeting became the most important day of both of our lives. Three years, four countries, and one very nervous proposal later — here we are. We couldn’t imagine sharing this day with anyone but you.

There are moments in life you know you'll remember forever — and asking you to share our wedding day with us is one of them. We have laughed together, cried together, and somehow convinced each other that forever isn't nearly long enough.

We didn't want a formal announcement. We wanted this to feel like a letter slipped under your door — personal, warm, and a little imperfect, just like us.

So here it is. We're getting married. And we cannot imagine doing it without you in the room.

Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi — the main international gateway into Kenya, served by most major airlines worldwide.

getting there Airport to Venue

From JKIA, the venue is approximately 45 minutes by road. Uber and Bolt are readily available at the airport, or we can arrange a private transfer — just let us know when you RSVP.

what to bring Travel Documents

A valid passport is required. Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival or apply online via the Kenya eTa portal (www.etakenya.go.ke) before travelling. We recommend applying at least 2 weeks before your trip.

Questions & Answers

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. We kindly ask guests to be seated by 2:45pm so we can begin on time and savour every moment together.

We'd love for guests to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. Think elegant yet comfortable — we want you celebrating with us all night long!

We adore your little ones! However, we have chosen to make our celebration an adults-only occasion. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the day with us.

Yes! Free parking is available on-site at the venue. Additional street parking is also available nearby for guests who may need it.

Yes! We have arranged a room block at The Ivory Hotel, just minutes from the venue. Simply use the code LOVE2026 when booking to access our exclusive guest rate. We recommend booking early as spaces are limited!
