Frequently Asked Questions
Your website is ready as soon as you purchase. Once payment is complete, an account is created for you automatically and you're taken straight to your dashboard where you can start editing your invitation right away.
If you tried an invitation before purchasing, your progress is already saved, so there's nothing to wait for. Your website is ready to go.
If you have not received it yet, please contact us here: wedding.support@jckfrut.co
Not exactly. Your wedding website will have a custom link (e.g. https://wedding.jckfrut.co/we-are-getting-married/imani-john/) that you can share with your guests. If you'd like to use a custom domain (like yournames.com), contact us directly so that we can help set that up for you!
You can share your invitation as soon as you've completed it. Once you've purchased your invitation, customised it to your liking (double check before sending!), and added your event details and guest list, you're ready to send it out.
Pricing depends on the membership tier you choose (Basic, Boutique, or Grand), which sets the design and feature range. You can preview everything free at wedding.jckfrut.co before paying.
Not at all. Your JCKFRUT Weddings website can be shared with unlimited guests. No extra costs per visitor!
When you send out your invitations, each guest receives them via email or text, along with an RSVP link. From there, they have two options:
If they click the RSVP link, they're taken straight to the RSVP form where they can confirm whether they're attending and answer any questions you've added to your invitation.
If they click the invitation first, it opens your wedding invitation where they can press the RSVP button. A pop-up window will appear asking them to verify their email address or phone number before they can complete their RSVP.
On your end, your RSVP dashboard gives you a full view of all responses, including the answers guests provided to any questions you added. From there you can update a guest's RSVP, change which events they're invited to, and manage your guest list as needed. Guests can also update their own RSVP directly from the email they received.
Keep in mind that your invitation may be password protected, depending on the settings you chose when building it out.
Yes. Guests RSVP directly in the browser from any device. Nothing to install.
All invitations include a built-in gift fund feature in the RSVP. If you'd prefer to link to an external registry of your choice, that option is available on our Classic invitation: https://wedding.jckfrut.co/choose-an-invitation/
Not at all! This product is designed to be as simple and hands-off as possible. You customise your invitation, and we take care of everything else.
Yes, your wedding website will be fully responsive and work beautifully on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Yes, if you'd like an extra layer of privacy, you can enable password-protection for your wedding website invitation.
Yes! After confirming their RSVP, guests receive a digital boarding pass keepsake they can save or share, which serves as a reminder of the date and venue. They'll also receive a confirmation email for their records.
On top of that, couples can set up reminders that are sent out to guests, to nudge those who haven't RSVP'd yet.
Yes, all invitations support multiple events. When you send out your invitation, guests will see all the events they're invited to via the RSVP link, regardless of which invitation you choose.
Where invitations differ is in how events are displayed on the invitation itself. Our Traditional invitations and some of our Destination invitations are designed to display each event directly on the invitation. Other invitations don't display events this way, but guests can still view and RSVP to their events through the RSVP link.
Guests will only be able to RSVP for events they've been invited to.
No, there's no limit! Your wedding website is designed to accommodate as many guests as you need, whether you're hosting a small, intimate gathering or a large celebration.
The website stays live for at least 1 year, but we offer extensions at additional cost if you'd like to keep it up longer. Contact us at wedding.support@jckfrut.co to arrange an extension.
A wedding website is a digital platform where couples can manage all wedding-related details, from invitations and RSVP management to event schedules and registry links. It simplifies communication with guests, allows easy updates, and offers a personal, eco-friendly way to invite people.
Paper invitations are expensive, difficult to update, and take longer to deliver. Our JCKFRUT Weddings websites, on the other hand, are easy to personalise, cost-effective, instantly shareable, and can be updated in real-time. Plus, they allow you to manage RSVPs, provide guest details, and even track wedding gifts.
A wedding website simplifies the RSVP process. Guests can respond instantly, and you can easily track attendance, meal preferences, and other details. This reduces the time spent manually managing responses and eliminates the risk of lost or delayed RSVPs.
Managing a multi-event wedding becomes a lot simpler with your RSVP dashboard. You can create each event separately, assign guests to only the events they're invited to, and each guest will only see and RSVP to the events relevant to them.
If you choose not to display your events directly on your invitation, guests will only see their assigned events through the RSVP link, which keeps things clean and avoids any confusion around who is invited to what.
For couples who want all events visible on the invitation itself, our Traditional and some of our Destination invitations are built to display multiple events with their own dedicated sections, where guests can view details and RSVP for each one separately.
Each invitation comes with a fixed design, so things like colours and fonts stay as they are. Personalisation works by updating the content within your chosen invitation, including your photos, wedding details, and any text, so that it reflects you as a couple.
If you want your invitation to match a specific vibe or aesthetic, the best approach is to browse our invitations and choose one that already feels like you before you start building.

Your access runs for two years from the date of purchase.
Collaborators are people you invite to access specific parts of your wedding dashboard without sharing your own login. This could be your wedding planner, a family member helping with planning, or any of your vendors. Each collaborator gets their own login and only sees the sections of the dashboard you choose to give them access to.
You can invite anyone involved in your wedding. The platform has built-in roles for Wedding Planners, Caterers, Venue Managers, Photographers, Florists, DJs, Transport and Drivers, Officiants, Hair and Makeup, and a general Other category for anyone who doesn't fit the roles listed.
That's entirely up to you. When you invite a collaborator, you individually toggle which sections they can access from a list that includes things like the Guest List, RSVP Tracker, Seating, Events, Menu, Itinerary, Venue and Logistics, Budget, Payments, Transport, Accommodation, Email Templates, and Broadcast. A collaborator only ever sees the sections you've switched on for them, and nothing else.
Yes. Inside the Vendor Planning section there is an Alerts and Chat feed where you can post time-sensitive updates, such as a change in delivery times, that anyone with access to that module can see. Messages are logged and stored, so a privacy notice may appear the first time you open it.
Yes. The Vendors tab holds your vendor directory where you can keep your caterer, venue, photographer, and other vendor contacts in one place alongside your planning notes.
Yes. Through Access Controls in the Vendors tab, you can invite vendors as collaborators with their own login, giving them access only to the sections relevant to them. For example, a caterer would typically be given access to guest counts, menu choices, and dietary requirements, while a photographer might only see the itinerary and photography planning notes.
Yes, using the Budget tracker under the Finance tab. You can log planned and actual costs by category, such as venue, catering, and florals, and track your total spend against your overall budget as you go.
There is a Payments log under the Finance tab for recording payments made to vendors. This tab only appears if it has been enabled on your account. If you don't see it under Finance, contact support (wedding.support@jckfrut.co) to have it switched on.
Yes, using the Itinerary tab. You add each block of the day, such as getting ready, ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, and reception, each with its own start time. The schedule arranges itself in time order automatically.
Yes. The Itinerary tab has a Generate Itinerary PDF option that produces a printable, shareable version you can send to your vendors, your wedding party, or include with a physical invitation.
Yes. The Transport tab covers vehicle and shuttle arrangements, driver contacts, and pickup points. There is also an Accommodation section where you can record hotel details, room blocks, and booking notes for guests who are traveling in, which is particularly useful for destination weddings.
